If Remote Support is included in your purchase, we will provide the support you need to get our Solution working successfully.

Remote Support includes:

  • Phone Support - you can call us and we'll help you over the phone
  • Remote Login - We can remote onto your PC or Mac and configure things that we can't talk you through. Of course, this only works with a working internet connection.

Not everything can be done remotely, so if you live in our Auckland-Hamilton service region, we can provide onsite support, however this will be chargable.
